Philip Gibilisco Has Worked As A Road And Bridge Construction Inspector

Philip Gibilisco is a prompt, reliable, quality oriented professional from Omaha, Nebraska. He believes in delivering the best of services to his customers in an efficient and timely manner. He is a professional with good work ethics. As a Delivery Driver with Jimmy Johns, he ensures to deliver high quality food products to the customers at their residence or place of work in the committed time period. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering (1985- 1990) from Metropolitan Technical Community College in Omaha, NE. At present, he is in search for work as Construction Technician or Inspector. Philip holds an extensive experience in various types of construction and home remodeling projects. He has served as a road and bridge construction Inspector and is skilled in reading blueprints (plan). He is nuclear densometer certified and is also trained under ACI certified concrete training.



Philip Gibilisco is the Landlord and Property Manager at Chicago Street Apartments. He handles apartment renovations, and is also responsible for the maintenance and management duties which include plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpet, drywall and construction of apartments. In addition to this, he also maintains records of payments, and completes and files eviction proceedings and service for tenants. Apart from this, he also takes residential and commercial remodeling projects for customers who are not tenants. Philip currently owns a Victorian apartment, which he has fully renovated twice since he has purchased in 2000.

Philip Gibilisco worked as a Construction Technician – III with Nebraska Department of Roads, from July 1987 to January 2004. As a Construction Technician III, he headed several Inspection duties for road and bridge construction and Land Surveying, including the construction of tallest bridge in Nebraska. He also measured and prepared records of all aspects and phases of construction. Besides, he also maintained a record of pay items for road construction which included but were not limited to Paving, Grading and Trimming Operations, Bridge, box culvert and pipe, electrical, signing and pavement marking, traffic control, seeding and erosion control. In addition to this, he also performed quality control recording of the work done by contractors. He also specified material requirements documentation. Philip holds a CDL license for driving snow plows during the winter.
