Philip
Gibilisco, a prompt and dependable professional from Omaha, Nebraska, started
his career as a Machinist with DaCa Products. He worked at the company from
January 1983 to November 1984 and was responsible for Machining parts including metal lathe, drill and punch presses,
metal polishers and wood sanders, staining, paint and lacquer finishing,
grinders, micrometers and tape measures, tap and dye equipment, for remote
control airplanes. He graduated from the Metropolitan Technical Community
College with an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He is American
Concrete Institute (ACI) certified.
Philip
Gibilisco holds extensive experience in construction and renovation of
different properties. He worked as a Construction
Technician – III with the State of Nebraska,
Department of Roads. He led inspection duties for road and bridge construction and Land Surveying, including the construction of tallest bridge in Nebraska. In addition to this, he also
measured and maintained a record of all aspects and phases of construction.
Besides, he also prepared a bi-weekly record of pay items for road construction which included but were not limited to
Paving, Grading and Trimming Operations, Bridge, box culvert and pipe,
electrical, signing and pavement marking, traffic control, seeding and erosion
control.
Philip Gibilisco is working as a Delivery Driver
with Jimmy Johns. He ensures to provide prompt and efficient delivery of fresh
and high quality food products at the customers residence or place of work. He
is a knowledgeable professional and is appreciated for his good work ethics. He
is committed to providing prompt, reliable and quality oriented services to his
customers. Philip holds years of experience in and thorough knowledge as a construction
and renovation contractor. He has the knowledge of different types of construction
and home remodelling. Additionally, he is also skilled in blueprint (plan)
reading. At present, he is serving as the Property Manager and
Landlord at Chicago Street Apartments.
His work as Property Manager, he is responsible for apartment renovations, as
well as for the maintenance and management duties including plumbing,
electrical, flooring, carpet, drywall and construction of apartments. He also
maintains a record of payments, and completes and files eviction proceedings
and service for tenants.
